He has the prestigious honor of portraying one of the most beloved pop artists' “ Paul McCartney,” as a Bassist and lead vocalist, touring with the cast of "Beatlemania" “1964-The Tribute”, and many other national Beatles Tribute acts over the past 20 years.
Ricky has worked as a session musician in NYC, Nashville and Florida.
Ricky has performed both as an opening act and main attraction at: Carnegie Hall in NYC, Paramount Theater in NY, Sony Centre, Toronto, Canada, Rosemont Theater, IL, Westbury Music Fair, NY and throughout the United States.
Singing songs from his first independent solo CD titled "The Ricky Vacca Project" released 2001 and his 2nd release "p.o.box 402" released 2004 . Selling over 7500 copies to date.
On his 3rd release from 2007, Ricky has compiled the most requested tracks from the first 2 CD’s as well as some live performances and issued “Songs For Sale” which is available at the show. He is currently in the studio working on his next CD of all NEW original songs.
With only guitar, harmonica and a voice that speaks right to your soul, he draws you in, giving each listener the feeling of looking right into the window of his life’s journey.
