Born in fairmont WV and moved to Pennsylvania early...from there i came to morgantown and stayed til middle school when i moved to new orleans. A city i had only read and dreamed about is now helping me mold my music carreer...During my time in new orleans i found out your only as good as your weaknesses, which at tha time i was nervous and didnt talk to much people at first...When i would look around and see everybody else rapping at lunch, in tha halls, writing lyrics on they hands and arms for the battles next hour...But when hurricane katrina and took my house i moved to florida then came back up 2 morgantown wv where i brought my new found hobbies and worked at making them talents. Between bouncing back from new orleans and morgantown for tha past 4 years (2 years in each) ive continuously kept at music...its wat i want to do, its wat i love...So whether its just writing lyrics on my arm when im bored, or on stage infront of a crowd...I give it nuthin less then 110%

Ross Kendall

I am a multi-keyboardist looking for another established band (ASAP)that is NOT limited to just playing out twice a month or within 30 miles of the Cedar Rapids/Marion area. Playing Classic Rock or anything that rocks the crowd is what gives me the greatest pleasure (so far). However, I really enjoy playing stuff from Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, and Kansas (as long as it's not too complex). I love playing Grand Funk Railroad stuff, especially after they added their keyboardist.

I love to do all kinds of genres, I mostly write lyrics, and play guitar. Also do a lot of more Amateur Home recording. I'm learning to be a good singer, I rap, and can do some heavier screams also. I'm looking into finding a new sound, something like the sound you hear in our song Rise Up. My group, The Tattered Army, is more of a musical Project then a band, but could also perform live with the right hookups if we wanted to, so hit me up.

Shay Ofer

Shay Ofer, an Israeli musician, guitar player, and vocalist. I was born on 1.10.1989 in Israel and raised in a small country with my parents and 3 brothers.

If you're wondering about the militant nature of my music it probably has to do a lot with the fact that i served in the Israeli Defense Forces from 2007 to 2010.

After getting released from the army in late 2010 i wasted no time sitting around and started working on my debut album entitled "...And The World Shall Burn" which represents my ideals and perception of everything that is wrong with this world. This site is dedicated to the music I create and my past/current endeavors.

Jino Arielly

In 2003, I graduated from the Sound-Yoav Gera Audio Engineering school in Tel Aviv. I worked in audio production for the last five years, working closely with one of Israel's biggest producers, Izhar Ashdot. Since moving to the US, I have continued to do free-lance work for Wicked Music, recording voiceovers, and have teamed up with producer Mark Lewis to work on Flyleaf's last two albums.

As a bass player I have a lot of experience, I have played in several bands in Israel, as well as a hired bass player. In NY I played with Someday Static and still playing with Team Of Rivals (teamofrivalsband.com)

Some of my key strengths include:
-Audio production background, using Pro Tools to record, edit and mix.
-I have a passion for creating new and fresh ideas that will create a strong connection with listeners and leave a lasting impact.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the flexibility and experience required to adjust to rapidly changing schedules and shifting priorities.
-Exceptional ability to simultaneously manage several complex projects at once, while meeting challenging quality standards, strict budgets and demanding schedules.

Michael Rauser

I have written some original music. I wrote the lyrics and melody for all of my own songs. I play guitar. I am unable to read music however, I am somewhat skilled on the piano (I can play quite a bit by ear) I have a basic understanding of music theory which allows me to adapt almost anything to a keyboard and play it. Basically as long as I have the chord structure of a song I can play the entire melody by ear. I have done some light recording in my own home, but very low production, as I am currently in college and do not have a lot of money. I love writing music, but I also love doing covers. If anyone is trying to start up a cover band let me know. I love to sing, and I love to make music.

Isaac Underhill

I have a great blues voice. I also play guitar in the blues genre but also am great at writing riffs for hard rock.

I own an advanced studio in OKC, OK. We have even set up several screening rooms to help score films, as well as designed our own binaural mic setups, for true 3d recording.

Pete Ackley

Im primarily a bass player but I can play some guitar (acoustic mainly). I have a home studio and for the past few years i have experimented with writing music. I dont consider myself to be a good singer but I keep trying because I dont know one that wants to collaborate. That is sorta what led me to registering here. The songs I posted on my myspace acount is not my best work. I did those when I first started. I actually have better recordings done since then. Some of them are covers I did my own way
http://imasongwriter.org/members/profiles/Pete.Ackley.htm

Chuck Jennings

I am a self taught guitarist with pretty good basic skills of rhythm and some finger picking. I never really learned lead guitar scales as I was always too busy strumming and singing. I have written over 150 songs "It'll Keep 'Til The Morning" winning 2 honorable mention awards at the Music City Song Festival in back to back years. I have played in a couple working bands on rhythm guitar, some bass and lead & backing vocals. Growing up during the music invasion of the 60's, I am heavily influenced by the song writing and vocals of John Lennon and Paul McCartney.

Michael Knese

I am an American singer/musician/actor who has been living in Germany since 1993. I initially came to Europe performing in musicals and still do when the occasion arrises (CATS, Les Misérables, Hair, Rocky Horror Show, Annie Get Your Gun, Falco Meets Amadaeus, etc.)

As a singer, I have an extremely flexible 3+ octave range. Over the years I have branched out into other projects:
- I've worked for two professional acappella groups; for which I wrote the arrangements (s'more, Harmony Central).
- I started a Hawaiian/Polynesian project singing in the traditional falsetto style, playing slack key guitar (taro patch), slide and ukulele, even writing original material and recording it at my home studio. With my colleague, Lasinga Koloamatangi (Tonga), we organized local groups to represent Polynesia for our annual "Karneval der Kulturen" in Berlin. Also wrote original music for each year's parade.
- Lead singer for various soul bands in Berlin; for which I write vocal and horn arrangements.
- Host of a Soul & Funk jam session in Rickenbacker's Music Inn (Wilmersdorf, Berlin), where I sing and play keyboards with my house musicans for the opening set. Later in the evening I offer an atmosphere for all in the club to join us onstage. Occasionally, I will sit in on bass or guitar if need be.
- Presently working on a new rock project as singer and bassist

I play guitar and bass, sing hard rock and metal style. I have my own DAW home studio with cool edit pro.
I can utilize all standard effects including but not limited to: Wah Wah, Talkbox effects for guitar and or bass, and I own and play a theremin ether-wave synthesizer. I am not some mundane boring cookie cutter amateur guitarist, I can PLAY! My styles are hard rock, instrumental, metal-progressive. If you would like some original heartfelt, singing, crying lead guitar, I am your man. I can play lyrical phrasing slow and tasty, or I can full on shred and melt your face. Your choice. I can sing in a middle to high range hard rock/metal style. No cookie monster stuff here, just kick ass vocals with a hint of growl or clean and pristine,ie. I play lead and rhythm guitar in most styles, specialize in country, rock & pop. Acoustic, electric, some mandolin and keyboards, string parts. Whatever serves the song. I'm good at high, clear background harmonies, (think Eagles range) and I co-write if I think I click with someone. I have a nice studio that I mostly use as a songwriting tool, though I have released a few artists. I don't do rap or hip hop, not interested.
I will be posting tracks on Reverbnation soon, just waiting for finished vocals on some of these projects. I also have a great drummer and bass player who can do sessions for you, they really nail it. Also a real good piano player I've recently found. I might be willing to trade services with other musicians, instead of a fee.

Mike Shev

I'm a prolific song writer that can belt out way to many songs and catchy riffs and scores within a short period of time then I could ever use for myself, so I'm looking to write for other bands or do film/commercial scores as well. I have over 30 years of music & production experience. I even have created my own loops libraries with many instruments, genres, and tempos. Genres I do include; Techno/Rave, electronica dance, industrial, punk, reggae, pop, rock, metal, jazz, blues, hip hop, trip hop and more. Singing wise I've been known to win a few singing contests in my time, I can also do all those same genres including country and oldies but excluding rap. I can write the hip hop lines and beats and full tunes, but I can't rap well enough (I'm being honest). I am really good at writing scores and doing piece work on people's productions as well as refining their sound or consult with bands to fine tune and evaluate their songs, so that they go through them with a fine tooth comb and end up with the best finished product possible. I've worked with many bands and managed many bands in my time.

Jordan McKenney

I started writing music after a band i was in broke up in high school. It didn't end well and I told myself never again. I have 2 cover bands that I manage and play drums in. As they become more busy with gig's, I will need to hire another drummer. But all in all I write catchy music with great hooks. I started writing my own stuff then went on to learn hundreds of top cover songs for the bands. This has made me a writer that I have not seen. I'm sure they are out there cus I hear their music but I have not met them. I write great love songs and self reflections. I hope we start writing together soon. I also do music videos.

Michael Ricci

I've been working professionally as a Pro Tools engineer for over 15 years. I have a small studio in Fort Collins Colorado available to solo musicians and small groups (not big enough for a full drum kit) I also play guitar. My main styles are blues, rock and a bit of funk. I have a tube amp and stratocaster and love that classic SRV style and tone. I've also been heavily influenced by David Gilmore and love to create very vocal esque guitar solos. I down to earth, relaxed and easy to work with.

Jim Faliveno

"Gentleman" Jim Faliveno is an older, seasoned musician who passionately enjoys playing his music for audiences throughout the Upstate New York area.

Jim began his interest in music at the age of eight first learning the mandolin and then progressing to acoustic and electric guitar. Encouraged by both parents who were also musicians, Jim has played in bands most of his life playing just about ...every kind of music from polka's and square dances, C&W, early rock and blues to standards and Jazz.

In recent years, Jim has concentrated his talents performing as a solo acoustic guitarist and vocalist. He has a rather unique 4 octave vocal range which according to one voice teacher "has the range of Mariah Carey only it starts in the cellar". Jim uses his wide vocal range and deep rumbling voice in passionate portrayals of sentiment in each song he performs. His performances are described by many as "riveting, moving, uplifting and often times very emotional experiences. "I have never seen anyone get as involved in a song and sweat so much during a performance as Jim does". "I have seen Jim hit a low note that I thought was impossible for anyone to sing and then in a suspenseful way he will sing notes even lower. Then he will pitch his voice up into a range that many soprano's would easily recognize!"

Jim's guitar playing is both classic and fresh. He uses a self taught finger style that is a cross between a Merl Travis / Chet Atkins style combined with Les Paul with a few extras thrown in. He will often play 3 parts at once while singing a driving vocal lyric. One favorite trick is to play a walking bass line using the left hand thumb while simultaneously playing chords and melody.

Jim’s current song list includes popular songs recorded by artists such as Elvis, Johnny Cash, Charlie Rich, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Ella Fitzgerald, Rod Stewart, Hank Williams, Randy Newman, Willie Nelson, Ray Charles and several more recent artists.

Jim peppers his performances with a few short stories always delivered with his unique dry sense of humor. As the song lyrics go, "can you make people laugh and cry when you play and sing?" It will be an odd night when Jim cannot live up to the meaning of that quotation.

(composed by a close friend who wishes to remain anonymous - probably for good reason :-) )

Gary Moulton

Something I always wanted to try is a neil young tribute band. I have played since 13 or so. Never a lesson, wasn't made like that. My brothers guitar laying around the house, how did I know it was loaded? Anyway a guitar has followed me everywhere since. Never owned a stereo cuz I'll play the music around here. Why listen to a box when you could hear some live. Live means mistakes and the longer you have played the better you cover them up cuz face it, nobodys perfect.
